Is this Camera white balance issue?

All the pics taken with iPhone has this reddish hue on top of the pic. It gets worse with low light pic. Just took this pic in sunlight. As you can see reddish border on top of pic. Should I exchange it?

I think so, that shouldn't be there unless that redish hue is actually on the pavement wich I doubt. You shouch get a replacement
