Is this clean enough?

So i have the GM on my 4S, but i only updated it last week and now i want a clean restore of the final build on my 4S today.
Do I just have to click on restore when iOS7 officially launched? Or how do i get 'cleaner'?

New security features in IOS7 mean that there is an extra "step" to perform.

Delete both your @me and normal email address accounts from the phone, and THE use erase all settings and content. If you leave the email accounts there you may encounter issues...was about to do the same on my IP5 but researched it first. As long as you delete the mail accounts first then erase you are good to go.

But this is the option to restore without a connection to a computer. Or should i still click restore on my mac afterwards?

As long as you erase the the @ me accounts from your phone first, then erase all content and settings you don't connect it to a computer.
