Is this Crucial RAM good for my MBP??

Never buy RAM from ebay. RAM on ebay frequently has problems.

I agree. There are many reputable companies online where you may even be find better prices. These include: OWC, Crucial, Newegg, etc... I went with OWC myself but they just happened to have a good deal at the time.

Just worried if this RAM will be fully compatible with my early '08 MacBook Pro since on the package it says "Computer Memory" and not "Laptop Memory"... I've checked the Crucial website and the part no. there is CT791065, while the eBay one is CT25664AC667.

Does it matter?

Also a laptop is a computer, if it said desktop memory then I might be worried. But I also would not by RAM from eBay

spend a little extra and buy it new from crucial.

they will scan your system telling you what RAM you have and the possible upgrades to it.

also they guarantee that their RAM will work and have a great return policy.

i recently upgraded my DDR3 RAM in my macbook from crucial and haven't had any problems since!
