Is this dead pixels or something else?

Hi all,

So overnight a mark has appeared on the screen of my 12" MacBook. It seems to look like its behind the screen if that makes sense?
Its an early 2015 model so no apple warranty coverage.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this? I've attached the best photo I can get.

Is it there regardless of what the screen is displaying? From those photos it doesn't look like a pixel to me, looks like something has gotten into or onto your screen.

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes its there all the time. if I look closely it looks like a few pixels are displaying grey. could it be something pressing from behind?

Update: another smaller one has appeared today. Really curious as to what is causing this and how I stop more appearing
