Is this a pretty good Speed Test for being tethered from iPhone 4S Verizon via TetherMe?? I know it's not LTE speeds but for 3G being tethered is it, because I have never tethered via 3G and wanted to make sure I was getting decent speeds.

Ping time also matters. Same bandwidth + Lowe ping time = Internet that feels faster.

Move closer to the cell tower/site that your phone is using. Or you know... get an LTE capable phone.
