So I bought a new 9.7 inch iPad Pro 128 GB last week. It's perfect so far and I'm very happy with it. However, I'm noticing this issue sporadically.
I usually sometimes lie on my bed and use the Pro to watch YouTube or Trailers. Couple of times in the past few days while I'm in my bed lying on one side, I have noticed that when I put my iPad in landscape mode and lock orientation to watch YouTube videos and then when I exit Youtube by using the 4 finger gesture to get out of the app, the ipad goes back to portrait mode and I have to unlock the orientation and switch it back to landscape again. Note that this is when I'm lying on one side in my bed (so the iPad itself is in portrait but I have locked it in landscape) and not flat on my back.
Now this has happened only couple of times in the past week and I've tried to replicate it but couldn't do so and it doesn't seem to happen all the time. Today it happened again with the Trailers app. Is this a software issue or a hardware issue? Should I get it replaced as I still have few more days for my 14 days return policy?
Everything else seems to perfect. I'm just a little too picky with my gadgets and want them to be perfect (as much as I can). It's running the latest iOS 10.0.2
