Is this fixable? (iPhone 3GS Motherboard)

Hi, I was digging through my closet a few days ago and I stumbled upon this iPhone 3GS 32GB motherboard. I looked at it and it looks like the LCD connector, Connector #1, was not removed properly. I would like to know if this can still be fixed.
