In iOS 7, being in an app, going into the multitasking switcher and closing the currently active app will cause the status bar to appear when it is not supposed to.

Can anyone with iOS 8 beta 1 check if this still happens? It has gone unfixed since iOS 7 beta 5 and it is annoying.

Just tested and I don't have that problem on beta 1, but instead I have new feature of the recent contacts above the apps, not sure if I like that happening.

It is fixed but the new favorites have their own graphical glitches as well as the extremely quick animation to enter and exit multitasking.

iOS must be doing fantastically well if this is the sort of thing people have to complain about.
