Is this glitch fixed in Lion?

In OS X 10.6.8, I have experienced a glitch that when inserting a USB drive on my Macbook when it's on the lock screen (when the screen is set to lock after screensaver/sleep) hot corners are disabled, and the only way to re-enable them is to eject and re-insert the USB drive.

Can anyone with 10.7.0 test it out and see if it's fixed?
