Got a good deal on a white macbook on craigslist and was wondering how do I find out what rev it is. Only paid 375$ for it so think I got a good deal though. Are there any better/faster hard drives for this macbook and where to find faster ram if so. The macbook also has a super drive on it now seems to have everything working.

specs : Hardware Overview:

Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.16 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB21.00A5.B07
SMC Version: 1.17f0
Serial Number: W8737WC8Z5W
Sudden Motion Sensor:
State: Enabled

That's a pretty good price considering the processor in the newest one is only 100 MHz faster... Buy it some more RAM and a bigger hardrive from here and your good as gold!

Not to much of a gamer, but there is blender which is a free 3d design software thing. No clue how to use it though:rolleyes:
