Is this HDD compatible with my 2009 unibody 13" MBP?

It's apparently 9.5mm in height, and I think that it's compatible, but just wanted to check again before ordering.

I was tempted by a 750GB 7200rpm drive instead. Would the difference in speed be noticeable?
