Is this iCloud in iTunes 10.4?

Found this in the iTunes preferences. tested it out by downloading an app on my iPod, it automatically downloaded onto my computer. This is what iCloud is supposed to do, but it's not available yet… so...

Certain features of iCloud such as App downloads are available already. If you live in the US, you can also automatically download music the same way. ;)
