is this imac good for twitch streaming/youtube?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB

500 gb ssd

late 2013 imac,now i'm using the elgato hd60 and recording 1080p 60 fps is no problem,streaming 720p 60fps no problems the issue is when i try to do 60 fps 1080p stream or 720p 60 fps with over lays,is it the imac or just bad software optimization from elgato?
