I am about to buy a Iphone 4 with iOS 4.0.2 with firmware 01.59.00. I wanted to know if this is software unlockable and if so, can someone send me the link. Thanks

you can jailbreak the firmware but an unlock is not available...
the only solution for you is to use 'gevey sim'....

Incorrect. Baseband 1.59 can be unlock with Ultrasnow.

To the OP, JB the phone with Redsnow, and then, install Ultrasnow through Cydia to unlock.

DO NOT UPDATE using the official firmware. Doing so will update your baseband and you will loose the ability to use Ultrasnow to unlock.
