Is this is a good case for 11" MBA?

It seems pretty similar to the ones you've posted. I like it although it does add a little bit of weight. I don't use the keyboard cover it came with.

Twelve South, Saddleback and Colonel Littleton all make very good quality leather cases for Apple computers.

How long have you been using it? Does it hold up or has it cracked? Reviews for that kind of case, the bad ones almost always mention them cracking after a fairly short time.
