I Have my iPad 2 That I Have had since a month after they were launched and it did have the lightleak But everyone said it was just the glue drying so I never did anything about it, but still today it is here. This is it correct?

That's not that bad. If it really bothers you, by all means, try to swap it out. However, from my experience, most iPads have some form of backlight bleed.

As a previous owner of an iPad 2 with slight light leak, I'd say just accept it. The chances of you getting a unit with absolutely 0% is very small, and it's not worth the hassle.

Your call, though.

Actually this is a classic case of stuck on (dead) pixels and NOT light leak.
