Well, what will you be using it for?

imovie editing, web browsing, writing papers, nothing much

i have a mac mini already the 2010 model already for home use and a 32gb ipad wifi which i use at school

Then that would be fine, as long as you don't mind video editing on a 13 inch screen.

I have a 13" MBP. Its fine for video editing. Screen size just gets annoying when I use Photoshop. But it handles it ok

If it fits your needs (which I think by what you said, it will.) The price seems adequate.

I have the exact same one! I use it for itunes, ihoto, web, office, etc. Nothing major. Took advantage of amazon's deal on RAM and maxed it out to 8GB of RAM.

I think it's a great machine. The screen is a little small but it's portable and quite cheap. It's pretty zippy -- I would love a Core i5/i7 but I prefer to save the $700+ and put it in my brokerage account.

Got mine with AppleCare until August. 2013 for $635 on eBay back in November 2010. :D
