Is this memory fine for my brand new Macbook?

I've got the 13' Macbook 2.4GHZ new unibody laptop. I was wanting to upgrade the memory from 2g's to 4g's. A guy at Fry's told me that this would work but I wanted to find out about the 1333MHz and whether it would work. If so, is there and benefit to getting this 1333MHz memory?

As far as I know they'll only run ay native speed (1066MHz).

Why would you even consider more expensive RAM that may not work due to the different speed? Buy Crucial RAM from crucial.com or newegg.com. Under $60.

this generation of macbooks have been infamously picky about RAM. I wouldn't even mess around with RAM that has different specs than the factory RAM. Not worth the headache.
