I have had my 13" 2010 MBP for about a month now, and the battery has 20 cycles. My battery health according to CoconutBattery has been as high as 96%, but has now sat at 92% for about a week. I have calibrated 3 times since I got the MBP. I know there were other threads that said that the battery needed to break in, but I think I should be past that period by now? This laptop replaced my 2007 White MacBook that still had 99% health after 450 cycles. Is this normal?

Yes. And for future reference, you only need to calibrate the battery about once every month or two.
