I bought it last June 2012. How do I maintain its cycle count and improve its battery capacity?

As you already have that many cycles, you probably unplug the MBP quite often, probably many times unnecessary?

Keep it plugged in more, my June MBP has 108 battery cycles. In a year you must be draining it all the time to get 400 cycles...

Yeah, I only heard about the whole cycle count thing last week and all this time I've been using my MPB unplugged quite often... But I'm keeping it plugged in now, anyway the status of my MBP is it bad though? And if I keep it plugged now it will slow down its cycle count? Oh and what about my battery capacity any way to improve it?

Your battery status is not bad, and that FAQ I linked to answers all your questions.
