I ordered an ibook with an upgraded hard drive (60gig) August 9th and was charged for overnight shipping.

Is this a normal wait time?

I should be a little more clear. I still havent received the ibook, and it appears that it is still in China. It is shipping to Oregon.

hmm, that's odd. it seems to be showing the same scan 3 times.

call them, and they'll gladly refund the money for overnight shipping. That's happened to me before too.

Same thing happened to me. The will refund the shipping no problem.

I just called them. Full reimbursment of shipping costs. What a company!

I am so excited to power on my little 12" ibook :)

I'm typing on my new one recd' this morning. Mine sat in Shanghai for 48 hours and was also scanned three times. It took 6 days from when the status was changed to "shipped;" I was refunded my "two day shipping." So to answer your question-- I think it is normal.
