Right now all I'm using is Safari and iTunes, and the temp is around 60 - 70F and the fans are running around 2400rpm - 2600rpm.

And by the way, if those readings are in Fahrenheit as you say, you should probably take the MBP out of the freezer.
 
if the temps are displayed in fahrenheit then thats freezing cold actually 65 F are only 18C , thats not even room temperature (21C ) and and your fans are malfunctioning , you should maybe move in warmer regions away from the polarcircle


but if the temps are in celsius then they look pretty much average for a laptop in use and the fans look like they are working in correspondence with the temp
