Is this normal?

Seems worse than before the update, but still better than my old DroidX.

Not sure what you are asking? You are only showing 25% battery so I would say it was normal. I had a problem with my battery until I read up on the apple site to completely drain it once a month. Since then no issue and my iPhone 4 is 21 months old.

Yeah..4 hours of use, and 25% battery seems a bit worse than before.
