Is this OWC HDD "truly" Sata II?

I bought an SATA II expresscard for the transfer increase over SATA I, and this:

Indicated that it is, indeed, SATA II. However, the 1.0tb version (2 500mb) indicated it uses only SATA I HDD's, and if you were to purchase the enclosure seperately:

It indicated it can only accept SATA I HDD's.

So is the one at the top just a typo and only going to be SATA I? Or does this use a different enclosure and HDD?
