Is this plan possible?

I was thinking of switching to AT&T finally from TMobile. I was wondering if this was possible:


$39.99 (450 minutes) + 1000 promotion (by sending YES to that #)
$20 Unlimited Text (and calling to any 5 wireless numbers)
$30 Unlimited Data (Original iPhone trick)

Thoughts? This would be the ultimate cost effective plan for me

That's the plan I have except for the calling to 5 numbers part. It works fine for my usage.

ATT doesn't offer 5 on 450 plan.

The 1000 minutes is just 1000 rollover minutes, not 1000 minutes per month. Also, like mpossoff said, you can't get A-List on the 450 minute plan - you'll have to bump up to the 900 minute plan to get that. If you do that you can also get the unlimited texting/unlimited mobile to any mobile as well.

Or you could do
700 mins - 69.99 - all 5 people first 2 included the other 3 - $10 each
unlimited texting for families- 30.00

Then you can get the unlimited mobile to mobile - to anyone and still you could get your unlimited data for 30.00 if you ask really nice

To get the unlimited calls to 5 people you need a $49.99 plan (900 minute).

As for the unlimited data trick I've read in these forums that it's not working anymore.

Unlimited texts includes unlimited mobile to moble on any $39.95 plan and up.
I somehow got it signing up online with a corp discounted voice plan even though they said I couldn't do it when I called them initially.
