If I have an iPhone 4 with ATT, and I have a iPad 3 with Verizon with Hotspot enabled, can I use Face Time on the iPhone 4 if I connect it to the iPad 3? The iPhone would think it's connected to Wifi, right?

Seems pretty reasonable. If I were guessing I'd say it is possible. Only one way to find out though!

Let us know what you find out if you do try it.

It is wifi, so it shouldn't matter to the phone where it comes from.

The Verge has reported that this is possible and will function as stated above.
