The ability to rotate wallpapers automatically at a certain interval that I choose? I miss having this from my Blackberry days.

Are you planning on staring at your home screen for any length of time? 
This is why I don't get widgets on mobile devices. When I am not using the device, I don't stare at it. It is in standby mode, with the screen off. If I want info I have apps for that that display various things. I'm not sure I would want the homescreen with animations, whizz bangs, and all that crap.
