iPod touch Is this possible?

Is it possible if after buying the new iPod touch return it after a couple days to upgrade to a higher capacity? For example, if I were to buy the new 8GB and then in a few days decide to exchange for the 16GB and pay the difference? Thank You My first post!! Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks man. Yeah 14 days would be good enough to decide on the two. Hah I'm leaning toward the 16GB.
