is this problem serious?

so i have tech tool pro 5 , i set it to check my file structures(just integrity and structure) and it found 7 problems, here are the problems
1.xml parser couldnt parse file
2.xml file is not correctly formatted
3.xml parser couldnt parse file
4.xml parser couldnt parse file
5.xml file has unbalanced brackets
6.xml file is not correctly formatted
7.xml parser couldnt parse file

so what does this mean? is it really bad? i know it has to do with windows files

With regards to what files?

The XML files are probably plists, which are important but hardly essential.
