Looks legit. I would message the buyer and say "I will buy it now if you can send me a picture of you holding a piece of paper with today's date on it right next to the sealed macbook box" Then you know it is completely legit.
 
The seller has made zero sales and virtually no activity for the last two years. I would be very cautious.

For a little bit more you can probably get a refurb 2.4Ghz MBP direct from Apple with Leopard.

Looks like this seller has had no recent activity which may make an offer that appears "too good to be true" just that!

It could be, but I'll vote with everyone else -- smells like a scam. Generic picture and cut/pasted specs.....PASS.
