Yes, this has been posted a few times here already. It is real.

Links to posts please.

What does it actually do, the site is fairly unclear what it does.

Is it just an adapter which you put in the "mSata" slot and then connect it with a cable to a second drive in the HD Drive slot?

Is there anything that comes with just the adapter, and nothing else? 119 is a bit steep for a part that should be a couple bucks. I can mount with velcro and I already have cables...

It says on the site what it comes with, I think it's just the "mSATA" to SATA connector, connecting cable and a n adapter to mount 2 2.5" SSD into the normal HD slot.
I agree, the price is fairly steep.

So has anyone purchased and received the unit yet? I'm eager to know if it is the real deal.

Also, interested in alternatives (cheaper)
