Is this sound normal?

I would say thats "not normal"...as mine doesn't seem to do it...with that said I could barely hear it in the video, so I'm interested in how you just randomly discovered this as I feel like I wouldn't be able to tell at that volume level in normal typing. Along those lines, I'm not positive you'd be able to reproduce it to an Apple store employee to get it repaired...and even if they did hear it, odds are they will say it is normal. Are there any other issues with your keyboard?

It happens all of the time, sometimes louder than others, so being able to reproduce it shouldn't be an issue. But in terms of functionality, all seems ok except for a soft space bar compared to my 13 nTB. I have an appointment scheduled for Monday.

Interesting. Keep us posted on the result of your appointment. Hope they get it worked out for you, you should be 100% happy with such a large purchase. And I know that sound would definitely get on my nerves as well

The weird thing is that I compared to a brand new one (bought both for sake of comparison) and it was the same...so I'm not sure if it's a 15 thing with some of the features. If it can't get fixed it's not the end of the world, I'll just type a little lighter :)
