I've read the ram guides at this site, and I've searched older threads because I have a last gen 2.5 Ghz MBP 15" refurb on the way. Since ram prices are constantly dropping, I was wondering if this is currently the best bang for my buck without sacrificing quality or warranty.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) for $57

Nothing wrong with G.Skill rams. I've used them on my previous laptop and my desktop. They've been running for 2yr+ with no problems. I've also used Kingston ram and they are good.

I know that most people recommended Crucial RAM here, and 2x2GB only ran me 60 something dollars, so if you're willing to cough up 10 more dollars you might have a better warranty/service.
