Is this the best iMac price for Black Friday?

I'm in the market for a new iMac for my home office (as of one hour ago!), and just quickly checking different ads, I see that this 21.5" iMac is 1099 at Best Buy. Are there any better deals people have come across? I would prefer a slightly bigger screen. Something below $1000 maybe?

I'd also be okay with a mini+display setup, if anyone knows of a good deal for that.
