Is this the best its gonna get for me?

The only way I'd personally expect to find a better deal would be a refurbished model on the store. And after just checking myself, it'd be equivalent to what you've got now without the extra 10% off. I don't recall Black Friday sales being much better on a rMBP, or anything in the fall/holiday season for that matter.
You could try waiting until Friday if the Best Buy sale will last that long. There is generally a post that compiles all the sales on Mac and iOS devices for the weekend. The lower tiered machines tend to have smaller discounts unfortunately. For reference, two weeks ago there was a sale that dropped $70 off the price. Compared to a high end 15" which was $500 off.
