Do you think thats is the leaked iPad Mini 2? We've heard rumors of a 'bezel free' design and an almost edge to edge display. Take a look and tell me what you think!

I'm not sure if this could be the iPad Mini 2. It certainly looks good, but with the iPad 5 expected to have similar bezels as the current iPad mini, I think it would cause an inconsistency in Apple's iPad line. We'll have to see how this plays out, but considering no other news sites have resorted this, I would see it as unlikely. It seems like it would be easy to photoshop.
 
I saw those pics and according to the rumored leaked photo that's suppose to be the new mini. That thing looks sweet. I'm a full iPad person but I may get one if it looks like that. :)
 
Gorgeous! Now if they can just expand the screen over the lower portion of the bezzel, and integrate a fingerprint scanner into the screen as a home button, that would be perfect. A true edge to edge display (including top and bottom) is my dream device. Apple just needs to find a way to integrate the cam and home button into/behind the display.

and the very first game that utilizes the entire screen, with soft buttons along the edges, will make you wish you had a bezel. or the first movie scene you block with your fingers. or the first time you drop the ipad because you weren't holding it securely enough because you didn't want to block the screen's edges...

Im still wanting one regardless. I dont use my iPad for games and movies, why would i be holding my ipad for that =P I think it would be revolutionary to have such a device.

If you are watching movies in portrait mode you are doing something wrong.
 
And where the hell do you rest your thumbs on this thing? The software that detects unintended touched is going to work that great when your entire thumb is on the display?

I bet the software works just fine. The current iPad mini already ignores your entire thumb when you're navigating with your other hand ;)
