I believe it's a fake from China, there are a lot of these after the huge influx of iPhone 5 cases was released.

Also, apparently the Silent/Vibration button is on the other side, so this is definitely a fake.

Exactly. We know it's not the REAL iPhone 5 like when Gizmodo discovered the iPhone 4. The article even says it's not real. The OP is just saying could it be similar to the actual iPhone 4S / 5 design when it's released.

If you read between the lines (if you know what that means) or more simply just read the first sentence of the article he posted a link to, you'd know the OP is not wondering whether the iPhone picture in said article is real.
