Is this the monitor to buy?

Seems right in my price range and I owned a Dell 2007FPW and LOVED it. What do you guys think? 22" HDMI input for under $250 shipped!

Dell is having that 10 days of deals though and I'm wondering to pull the trigger now or wait to see if they are going to have a monitor deal in the next few days.

TN is the bad version of ISP (I think thats what the panel was called) right? I moved out and didn't have enough room for it on my desk Now I do have room ehhh
