That's what I thought initially as well, but the top edge of MBA is evenly thick and this one seems to be thicker in the middle that on the sides.

Could be the angle of the shot, but can't tell for sure.
 
Yep, with Apple's secrecy, hell would freeze over for them to even show a reflection of an upcoming product prior to officially announcing.

Anyway, I own the 15" Retina Macbook Pro and that is definitely the back of the 13" panel. See picture below.

Of that were a larger iPad, it would demonstrate the reason why I'd never buy one. Having a 13" rMBP, I would have to agree that it's the display.

Just look at the orientation of the apple on it. Not vertical.
