Those comical volume buttons and camera going through the antenna lines tells me its fake.

Is this the real iPhone 5SE?

Not likely at all. A few things look too fake.

1: camera lens cuts into the antenna band.
2: camera flash doesn't look flush.
3: the space inside the antenna bands on the bottom looks like a sticker (it's raised) which doesn't happen on any of the 6, 6+, 6s, 6s+.
4: space inside the bands on the top is smaller than the space inside the bands on the bottom.
5: looks way thicker than even a 5/5s, which probably wouldn't happen. The real one will likely either be same as a 5/5s or same as a 6/6s for thickness.
6: they claim A8 chip when it's known it will have A9.

the glare from the screen gives off the impression that it is plastic and not glass.....obvious fake.

Looks horrible. But the real thing probably wouldn't have those regulatory markings on the back, since they're now allowed to leave those off the phone itself and place them in the settings screen somewhere.

There are fakes coming from China that look like this with a skinned Android OS.
This is not a refined build, but if they make a 5SE like that with the quality we've come to expect from Apple products, I'd go for it.

You can buy cases on eBay to make your 5-series look like a 6-series..
Probably one of those with the 5s guts in it..
