NO, those are standard desktop chips. The iMac uses 204-pin SODIMM (notebook) RAM. It is probably a safe assumption that the new iMacs will use the same RAM as the previous models, so just check crucial.com or macsales.com for the correct specs.
 
Good to know. I wasn't sure if it was desktop or laptop memory in the iMac.
