Is this the right Windows 8.1 to buy?

I plan on getting the iso when installing it from parallels windows 7, I want to dual boot windows 8.1 on my Mac bookretina running mavericks.



OR

Could I just buy Windows 8, and get the iso and key, and they install it via bootcamp, and then upgrade to 8.1?

Actually you can do it either way.
