I think you should be fine with that one. I just put a SSD in my late 2011 MBP and it makes a huge difference. Read/write speeds are many times faster and programs open virtually instantaneously. This is with a clean install of ML. If space is an issue, I would try to move up to 256 GB.

I have the Crucial M4 256GB and it's been great so far. Some people refer the Samsung, but the Crucial is right up there in reliability. If you need a 256GB SSD, the M4 is a good choice. If you're not in a huge hurry to get it, keep your eye on prices for a few weeks. They go on sale fairly often. I just picked one up from TigerDirect a couple weeks ago for $179 for hubby's birthday present.
