Is two Itunes music folders possible?

I have just ran out of room on my external hardrive and was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to have two itunes music folders with one itunes application. And, of course, if it is the steps to doing that.

If you disable iTunes' ability to manage your song files, you can really keep them wherever you like. Alternatively, you can create more than one library by starting iTunes up whilst holding OPTION.
