Is upgraded 3.2 Hex Core W3670 compatible with Lion?

I am one of the apparent many who have upgraded their 2010 Quad Core to the Intel Hexcore 3.2ghz W3670 chip. Would love to hear from others who did this upgrade if they have upgraded to Lion without problems or compatibility issues.

I upgraded mine to the same chip but from a 2009 Mac Pro and I'm all good.
