Is UPS hold for pic up tomorrow a bad idea in SF?

My understanding is the only UPS center in the city is on Potreo hill. I have been there on non significant days after work and have had about 20 people in line. Being there are about a million people in the city I'm guessing it will be pretty bad tomorrow after work?

The hub here in santa barbara SUCKS. There is one guy who constantly disapperas, so while there may only be 3-4 people in line, you may be there 20-25 minutes. That includes the time it takes to walk around the building and ask drivers and loaders for help at the front desk. Even still I would take the ups "hold for pick up" over the fedex's "will arrive between Thanksgiving and new years" any day...
