Is user wallpapers working yet on WinterBoard?

I am trying to get user wallpapers working on WinterBoard (running iOS 4). I have the latest version, but it is still not working.

I don't like Apple's implementation of it. If user wallpapers is not working, do you have any other ideas/choices?
