I’m expecting something from MO that was mailed out on Dec. 1st, and it still hasn’t reached me yet. I know they say USPS can take up to 7-10 business days, but it shouldn’t take that long to get from MO to FL, should it? I would say 3-5 days at most? Monday will be day 6 and it’s just worrying me that it got lost in the midst of all the holiday mail. Keep in mind that this is standard mail so there’s no tracking involved, sadly, and it’s driving me crazy.

Do you guys notice mail taking a bit longer than normal or is this a normal time frame?

During the holidays and winter weather it will be more towards the 7-10 business days...

There was a 2 block line of people wanting to get into the post office this morning to send large packages. Grab a lawn chair!

Mail delivery always slows down between Thanksgiving and the New Year.

Good to know that it’s typical for it to be taking this long. I hate snail mail nowadays and when things like this take forever to get here, can’t help but think it got lost.

USPS is worse than usual between Thanksgiving and New Years. Notice I said "worse than usual" as they are terrible the rest of the year.
