Is visual voicemail offered on Orange (UK)?

Nope it's still exclusive to O2 in the UK at the moment. However, try something free on the App Store called Hullomail. I've heard good things about it.

On a side note I heard from Vodafone that VVM is not exclusive to O2, it just costs a lot to implement. This is why Orange/Vodafone haven't introduced it yet. Like I said, just something one of my friends who works for Vodafone told me
