Is white iPhone4 reason for iPhone5 delay?

So, my guess is that the reason the iPhone 5 is being delayed is because Apple is finally bringing the white iPhone4 version to market. Considering they had already invested a s..t ton of time and money working on this thing, they probably figure to recoup some of the cost by pushing back the iPhone5 launch. It only makes sense for them to use up any white component supplies they must have amassed while working out whatever technical issues delayed it to start with. This way they aren't left holding the bag with a bunch of now defunct parts they paid for when the iPhone 5 launches in its next modified form. Of course this is just my own MacRumor.

Thoughts?
 
I think so. Apple only seem to be able to concentrate on one thing at a time (and on some desk somewhere within Apple is a half-finished iWork 11).

Forgot the part about "Rumors" on these forums. I did ask Steve Jobs and told me I should post a question here to see what everyone else theought the reason was. Told me the Brits would probably get confused since it is wedding week in England. :eek:

As far as comebacks go that was pretty damn rubbish. Rethink and try again.
 
Let's see...if the iPhone 4 is selling like hotcakes, why would you even think about selling another re-hash?
 
My thoughts were the iPhone 5 is delayed because of the launch of the Verizon iPhone. It will only be in the marked for 5-6 months if apple went on their normal product schedule. They may delay is so they sell more units with Verizon before they release a new phone. I wouldn't be surprised if the iPhone 5 has a very similar form factor as well, so its not like they would be wasting all this time getting it right for the iPhone 4 then have no use for it for the iPhone 5
